The training for youth councillors and youth workers
Warsaw, Poland, 12/06/- 16/06/2019

The training was organized to develop the methodology of local youth councils activities enriched with good practices from Poland, France and Spain with additional case study of German youth council (Youth Parliament in Leipzig). The main goal was to exchange the methods of youth work in the frame of non-formal education which can increase the participation of young people in public life, particularly in local decision-making processes. The participants were mostly youth workers, including those cooperating directly with youth councils as well those ones engaged in different youth initiatives in the regions (Valencia in Spain, Angouleme in France, Pruszków and Piaseczno in Poland), youth councilors from the cities of Konin and Białogard (Poland) and from Youth Parliament of Leipzig (Germany).

Transnational Partner Meetings.

Within 3 Partner meetings (in Poland, France and Spain) the representatives of Partner organizations and youth councils/associations have been working together on project’s implementation, exchanging practices and developing the intellectual outputs. We had also a possibility to meet with representatives of local schools, NGOs and governments to present and disscuss the project’s idea and up-to-date results.  Due to corona pandemic the last, 4th meeting to sum up and evaluate the project was organised online.
